The final is Thurs, Dec 14, 10:30am-12:30PM. It will cover
everything we've done all semester (with an emphasis on material
since the second exam). In particular, that is:
Sections 2-6, Sections 8-11, Sections 13-14,
(and new since Exam 2) Sections 18-20, Sections 22-23, Sections 26-27.
The last topic of Section 20, "Applications
to ax = b (mod m)", will not be on the exam.
Questions will be similar
to those you've seen in homework. The exam is closed book,
closed notes.
