Registration

Ok - finally all the details are in. Here we go. Here is the official pre-registration form. I would recommend that you save the contents of that page (which is plain ascii) into a file, print it locally, and fill it out.

We are also planning a conference social event for Wednesday night (May 15) at our local museum of science and technology. The evening will include a live, humorous presentation by the museum staff on a mathematical theme (I believe the main character is A. Einstein), a buffet dinner, and a chance to play with the museum's exhibits. Tickets for this event will be $22. This should be a great chance to have dinner that night, visit with others attending the conference in a casual atmosphere, and enjoy some entertainment. We hope that everyone will plan on attending this event.
