6. An Abstract of not more than 150 words should follow the author's affiliation.
7. "Key Words and Phrases" and "AMS 2000 Subject Classifications" should be included in the text after the Abstract.
8. Sub-headings must be numbered and in bold letters (e.g. 1. Introduction, 2. Main Results etc.) and centered.
9. Display equations should have one blank line above and below them and centered if possible; if not an indent equivalent of 5 spaces is acceptable.
10. Numbering of the equations or formulas should be as (1), (2),...
11. Artworks and Tables should be centered and placed at the end of the manuscript under the sub-heading of "Appendix".
12. References should be alphabetical with last name first followed by initials e.g.
    [1] Arnold, B.C. and Zahedi, H. (1988). On multivariate mean remaining life functions. Journal of Multivariate Analysis, 25, 1-9.

SUBMISSION OF MANUSCRIPTS:

A pdf file of the manuscript should be sent via e-mail to one of the Editors. Manuscripts must be original contributions and should not have been published nor under consideration for publication elsewhere.

ACCEPTED MANUSCRIPTS:

Authors of accepted manuscripts should submit two copies of the final version of their manuscript prepared according to the JSTA format and a diskette containing Word or LaTeX File and pdf File of the manuscript. A complete description of the type of programs used in preparation of the manuscript should be given. The requirement of submission of diskette may be waived in exceptional circumestances.
